The course presupposes the basics of internal audit communication and of understanding individuals and groups as taught in ACA Module 1 »Basics of IR Communication« and ACA Module 2 »Understanding«. It is suitable as a basis for targeted improvement measures in internal audit communication. It is also the third module of the certification programme »Approved Communicative Auditor (ACA)«.
