... understanding and ethically applying micropolitics and power tactics.

The course presupposes the basics of internal audit communication and of understanding individuals and groups as taught in ACA Module 1 »Basics of IR Communication« and ACA Module 2 »Understanding«. It is suitable as a basis for targeted improvement measures in internal audit communication. It is also the third module of the certification programme »Approved Communicative Auditor (ACA)«.

Completion time 386 minutes, social learning with 3 reflection/discussion tasks and practice transfer, 3 tests with a total of 26 questions, 48'200 words, 27 minutes of video presentations, 9 minutes of podcast.
